Lily loves to make Amelia happy and thought that piling all the toys in her bedroom on top of and around her would make her smile.
Lily is very proud of her accomplishment.
Lily also likes to hold baby on her lap...
...and to feed her her bottle...
...although sometimes she gets a bit distracted and the bottle ends up in places other than in Amelia's mouth :)
Amelia is totally strapped into the restraint on her bouncy chair, and yet she is able to completely twist herself around so she can see her favourite person in the whole world...big sister Lily :)
Amelia listens intently while Lily reads her a story...
Lily is very good at making up stories about the characters in her books.
When Amelia decides to turn back around again she runs into some technical difficulties and needs to get a helping hand from Daddy.
On the morning of Easter Sunday, Lily puts on her "pretty flower dress" and goes searching for the shiny little eggs the Easter Bunny brought.
She finds some big eggs too...
...and puts them in her basket.
She searches high on the bookshelf...
...finds a whole bunch...
...and then bends down to find more.
At the end of the hunt she has a basket full of treats, including a big shiny silver bunny. Notice the "friends" she has on her arm...she wore the Sesame Street stickers for 3 days :)
Seven months old and Amelia is practicing her walking skills!
After walking around all day, Amelia stops for a snack with Grampa Jim.
"I got your nose, Nana!"
Lily & Amelia spend time with Nana & Grampa Jim on the couch...
...and Amelia magically sprouts bunny ears!
While Mommy & Daddy are out with Nana & Grampa, Amelia snuggles with Uncle Matt.
