Mommy wakes Amelia up so she can get ready to spend some time visiting with Baba & Grampa Hunter who have come to Vancouver for a few days to meet the littlest one, and spend time with us and the bug.

A little "tummy time" helps her wake up...

...but after a few minutes of that, she is ready to be held by Baba. Much more comfy!!! She spends a big part of the next few days being cuddled by Baba & Grampa.

Lily keeps herself busy by playing a round of indoor golf...

...and checking on her sister to make sure she is OK.

Amelia is not happy at the moment, but a few minutes of lounging in her stroller looking at the fishies in Daddy's tank will surely cheer her up.

Lily goes back to playing with her golf ball in the living room...

...and showing Baba how she can draw with her aqua pen.

She also helps out Grampa who is looking at stuff on his computer.

Meelie gets a little bit of attention from Mommy...

...they have a little chat...

...Meelie listens intently. She is pleased with the way the conversation is going.

Everyone enjoys a little family time in the evening. Can you tell which one of us is a little *crazy*??

Oh good, everyone is looking un-crazy again.

Spoke to soon...Dr. Lily is wearing Daddy's slippers and carrying a needle. Look out!!! She means business :)

"Oh hi! Who needs a shot?? Immunizations, anyone?"

Amelia often wakes up more in the evening. She is a nighthawk like Mommy. "Hi everyone!" she says.

Amelia sits with Baba one evening.

And the next morning, she sleeps comfortably after coming home from an errand.

When she wakes up, her look says "OK, I'm up and ready to go!"
"Yep, ready, when are we leaving?"
Grampa Hunter hears Amelia's plea, and takes her for a walk.

Baba snaps this picture of Lily driving her car at daycare one afternoon.

Lily doesn't want to go home....driving the car at school is much more fun. There is no car for her to drive at home.

Lily decides she is going to stay on the bench outside a nearby apartment building rather than go home.

Mommy convinces her to cross the street and go into her building. Then she decides she's going to roll around a bit on the couch in the lobby.

We finally get home and Amelia is reuinted with the shoulder she loves so much.

One day after daycare Lily helps out by feeding her little sister.

"Hi Mommy! Look, I'm helping!"

Lily also assists Grampa by pointing out a few important things on his computer screen.

The little pink bean has a nap in her butterfly swing.
Ahhh...the weekend! Lily takes her ladybug ball to the park.
She shows Baba & Grampa how much she loves the swing.
Woo-hoo!

"Higher, Baba, higher!!"
"My orange spider is as crazy as me. We want to go higher!!!"
Lily takes spider on the equipment...

...chases the birds around a bit...

...hangs out on the bottom rope of the climbing pyramid (she's not quite big enough to go up it yet)...

...although she tries. Sticking her tongue out doesn't appear to help...
...so she tries taking off her shoes. For more traction? That strategy doesn't work either :( She will just have to grow a little bit more.

We have an appointment at the hair salon. While waiting for everyone to get ready to go, Lily has a seat. In Amelia's carseat. It's a little small to ride in in the car, but makes a good place to sit in the hallway.
Mommy takes off Lily's jacket while she surveys the scene in the salon...

Mommy removes Lily's ponytail holder while the stylist gets her scissors and comb...so far so good, Lily is happy! Unlike the other two visits to the salon, this time Lily chooses to sit in the Lightning McQueen car rather than on Mommy's lap. Yaay!

Despite having a big doggie on her lap, Elmo and Eeyore at her side and Baba close by, Lily still has some anxiety about the process...
She keeps the tears inside, though. We think Elmo whispered something to her to make her happier.

Just a few more snips...
All done!! Lily decides to take her car for a spin...
...so she can show off her new "do"! She decides the yellow car is perhaps more complementary to her blue top and new hairstyle, so she takes it for a spin too.
While Lily is out driving her cars and posing for paparazzi, Amelia has a refreshment break.
That evening, Mommy opens up the lovely gifts Baba & Grampa brought from friends and family in Winnipeg.

The "I heart Baba" onesie is sure to be one of Amelia's favourites...

...so is the beautiful afghan Baba crocheted for Amelia Florence!!!
The next morning Lily greets Amelia and asks Mommy to "take her toes out". Lily looooves her tiny toes.

Mommy and Lily wait for Daddy to get his camera so we can take some family pictures...

...Lily is being a very squirmy little worm...
"Hi Daddy! Are you ready for us?"

We all pose for some pictures. Everyone is happy and smiling. It's hard to pick a favourite, so here are some of the best ones:

Amelia sleeps like a baby on her afghan from Baba. Gorgeous! Both of them :)
An aerial shot...

...a view from the ground...

...and a close-up shot. Precious.

Bunny slippers rock!
